Review by hotel critic
As a seasoned art and design enthusiast exploring the Dutch art scene, my recent stay at Motel Paradiso in Bad Nieuweschans provided a unique perspective on the delicate balance between luxury and value. Nestled amidst the picturesque surroundings of this charming town, the motel's quiet location offered a serene retreat, a refreshing deviation from the bustling city life. The room itself was a pleasant surprise - spacious, well-equipped with a kitchenette, and impeccably clean. While the absence of WiFi in our initial room posed a minor inconvenience, the host promptly addressed the issue, exemplifying top-notch service. The option to store our e-bikes in the room overnight was a thoughtful touch, catering to our active lifestyle.Noteworthy highlights included the cozy sitting area, free parking facilities, and the strategic proximity to local attractions. Though the absence of certain modern amenities like a flat-screen TV may deter some guests, Motel Paradiso succeeds in providing a peaceful oasis at a reasonable price point. For travelers seeking a peaceful escape with a touch of affordability, this hidden gem is a viable choice.
